La mia pelle: impresa sociale cosmetica!!!

Finalmente ho trovato un po' di calma per scrivere questo articolo a cui tengo particolarmente.
Oggi vi parlo di una collaborazione che ho avuto con la prima impresa sociale cosmetica in Italia.
Questa impresa sociale oltre ad offrire prodotti di ottima qualità, ad un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, nel massimo rispetto dell'ambiente, cerca anche di aiutare le persone svantaggiate offrendo loro lavoro.
Mi sta molto a cuore il sociale ed i problemi che lo interessano dati anche gli studi che sto compiendo, e non posso quindi che rimanere piacevolmente stupita da un'impresa di questo tipo.

Skin care routine

Finalmente sono riuscita a girare un nuovo video e, internet permettendo, anche a caricarlo!!!
In questo video vi parlo dei "passaggi" che sono solita fare per la mia skin care quotidiana e non ed i prodotti che uso.

Sapevo sapebbe arrivato questo momento!

Ebbene sì, nella mia coscienza sapevo che questo momento, prima o poi, sarebbe arrivato!
Non ce l'ho fatta a seguire tutti i giorni il programma.. sob..
Purtroppo un giorno alla settimana mi è impossibile fare gli esercizi perché sono all'università dalle 9 alle 20, e quando torno a casa non ho davvero la forza di fare nulla. In più la domenica a volte lavoro tutto il giorno, quindi un altro giorno in cui non posso fare gli esercizi.
Purtroppo mi ritrovo a dire che questo programma non è compatibile con una vita un minimo impegnata. Di certo non abbandono assolutamente, oggi farò gli esercizi previsti.. ed anche se a volte sono costretta a fare pause di uno-due giorni che non sono previste continuerò comunque gli esercizi.
Sono certa che così il programma non sarà equilibrato dato che è studiato per allenare tutto il corpo ma TUTTI i giorni.. credo tuttavia che sia comunque meglio continuare ad esercitarmi 5 giorni su 7 piuttosto che nulla.

Aggiornamento del lunedì

Eccoci qui con questo appuntamento fisso :D
Inizio subito con l'aggiornarvi.. Sono iniziate le lezioni all'università e quindi le mie giornate sono sicuramente molto più piene di impegni rispetto a prima. Quindi per me trovare il tempo e la forza per fare gli esercizi ora richiede sicuramente una dose maggiore di forza di volontà e di voglia di fare.
Per questi primi giorni non mi sono fatta abbattere, nonostante avessi anche dei malesseri vari, ed ho continuato tutti i giorni a fare i 20 minuti/mezz'ora previsti.
I risultati si vedono sicuramente in agilità e mi sento più in forze e più dinamica.
In tutto ciò però non sto calando affatto di peso, ma forse è dovuto anche all'alimentazione un po' sballata in quanto non pranzo mai a casa.

Continuerò sicuramente a fare gli esercizi, ormai sono già al 14° giorno... e non avrei mai creduto di arrivare fin qui.
è però presto per parlare di risultati visibili a livello estetico, nel senso che la cellulite c'è e la ciccia ancora, identiche a prima :(
Ma l'importante è non arrendersi e continuare ad allenarsi tutti i giorni... con il sorriso :D

Premetto che non sono assolutamente una professionista, non ho mai frequentato corsi di makeup, ma mi piace mettermi sempre alla prova e fare nuove esperienza.. come questa di un tutorial per un trucco di Halloween.
In questo tutorial vi spiego come realizzate delle finte ferite/abrasioni con dei materiali semplici e che abbiamo davvero tutte in casa. Spero il video possa piacervi e per qualsiasi domanda, consiglio, commento scrivetemi pure sotto il video :D

Collaborazione PigattoArt

Oggi voglio parlarvi di una collaborazione che ho iniziato con un Brand artistico, se così vogliamo dire, e che mi rende molto orgogliosa.

Il brand in questione è Pigatto ed è attivo nel campo artistico dagli anni '80. è stato ideato da Pierluigi Pigatto il quale ha sviluppato interessi in campi diversi, iniziando con la realizzazione di dipinti e illustrazioni, fino ad arrivare al design di gioielli.
Questi hanno un sapore vintage pur essendo estremamente moderni, riescono ad unire armoniosamente un ritorno alle prime creazioni in argento degli anni '70 con la moda e il fashion attuali.
I gioielli sono realizzati con ambra sintetica, in pratica una resina acrilica, e polveri o lamine di bronzo, oro o argento. Si uniscono così nuovi materiali a antiche forme, in un connubio lucentissimo.
Inoltre ogni pezzo è unico poiché prodotto artigianalmente e non in serie. Potrete essere così sicure di acquistare un gioielli unico nel suo genere e che impreziosirà i vostri outfit dalla mattina alla sera.
I gioielli sono inoltre nichel free, per pensare anche a quelle di noi un po' più sfortunate che non sempre 
possono indossare i gioielli che ci sono in commercio.

Io ho scelto per me una collana semplice nella forma, in quanto ha un ciondolo a forma di cuore, ma originale nella realizzazione, poiché tra la resina è incastonato una foglia d'oro. Il risultato è che è talmente luminosa e originale che ogni volte che la indosso mi chiedono dove l'ho acquistata :D

Prima settimana: calendario per principianti!!!

Eccomi qui con la nuova rubrica pronta ad aggiornarvi sui progressi!!!

Ho scoperto che la bravissima Cassey di Blogilates ha creato appositamente un calendario con workout giornalieri apposta per i principianti.
Io questa settimana ho quindi seguito questo calendario che prevede mezzora di esercizi al giorno per 6 giorni su 7. Ok, per chi non ha mai fatto palestra o è fermo da anni come me può sembrare davvero tanto, ma vi assicuro che non è così.
Si alternano giorni più duri come esercizi come cardio, a giorni di popilates e stretching. é un programma a mio parere molto bilanciato che può essere seguito da chiunque ci metta un po' di forza di volontà.
Mezzora al giorno in fondo ce l'abbiamo tutti!!!

Io sto avendo davvero una esperienza positiva, non sono dimagrita in questa settimana perché non sono stata particolarmente attenta all'alimentazione, ma noto già la pelle del corpo più compatta, e questo è già tanto dopo una sola settimana.
Consiglio a tutti di farlo perché ne giova il corpo, ma soprattutto la salute!!!

Review CreaClip unghie e capelli

Ho avuto la possibilità di provare i loro prodotti, ovvero il kit per tagliare i capelli in casa e quello per applicare lo smalto con facilità e precisione.

La mia esperienza con il CreaClip per tagliare i capelli è stata davvero positiva. Non amo andare dal parrucchiere perché per i miei capelli preferisco prodotti naturali a quelli pieni di schifezze che usano i parrucchieri e perché sono in fase "facciamo crescere i capelli" e quindi ho il terrore di quanto potrebbero spuntarmeli. Quindi questa ora è la soluzione adatta per me.
Il creaclip ha una livella incorporata che si può ruotare a seconda del taglio dritto o scalato che si vuole fare, così da andare sempre dritte e precise. Io ho dato proprio ieri una scorciata al ciuffo laterale, alla scalatura davanti e una micro spuntata al resto dei capelli.

Invece per quanto riguarda il CreaClip per unghie non credo sia utilissimo per applicare lo smalto di un singolo colore, nessuna di noi è precisissima nell'applicazione ma questi supporti rendono solo più lungo e macchinoso il mettere lo smalto. Io li ho quindi provati per fare una french manicure con l'ausilio delle linee adesive che danno in dotazione, e devo dire che mi è stato utile per fare una french precisa. Certo la pecca è che bisogna fare una mano alla volta e aspettare il doppio del tempo quindi per l'asciugatura dato che se abbiamo i supporti su entrambi le mani contemporaneamente non riusciamo ad impugnare il pennellino dello smalto. 
In definitiva le consiglio a chi è alle prime armi o proprio non riesce ad applicare lo smalto senza sporcarsi le cuticole e le dita.

Inoltre questa azienda ha aperto un sito inglese da cui si può comprare con spese di spedizione convenienti e senza spese di dogana.

Maschera-scrub per il viso: Ciocco&Cocco

Ciao a tutte, ed anche a tutti, oggi inauguriamo un nuovo tipo di articoli, delle ricette facili e semplici per la bellezza del nostro corpo realizzate con ingredienti facilmente reperibili e naturali!

Dato che sono a "dieta" ( se non avete letto l'articolo di ieri: fatelo!!! qui ) ho deciso di fare una maschera golosa così da bearmi almeno del profumo che aveva..

La maschera di oggi si chiama: Ciocco&Cocco!
è una maschera adatta a chi ha la pe


lle mista, sensibile ma che ha comunque bisogno di essere idratata e nutrita senza esagerare. è una maschera-scrub, data la presenza del cocco.

INGREDIENTI
-1 cucchiaino di cacao in polvere
-1 cucchiaino di latte
-1 cucchiaino abbondante di miele
-1 cucchiaino e mezzo di cocco in polvere

PROPRIETà:
Il cacao è un ottimo antiossidante, il latte idrata, il miele lenisce, e il cocco in polvere oltre a nutrire serve a fare un leggerissimo scrub purificante.

UTILIZZO:
Vi consiglio di applicare la maschera con le mani picchiettando così da non far cadere via tutto il cocco subito. Una volte messa la maschera sdraiatevi (altrimenti potrebbe colare un pochino) e tenetela su 10 minuti. Prima di sciacquarla massaggiatela sul viso, soprattutto sulla zona a T, con movimenti rotatori, per effettuare un delicato scrub. Sciacquate aiutandovi con una spugnetta e vedrete la pelle pulita ma allo stesso tempo nutrita!

INGREDIENTS

USE:
