Inizio col premettere che non sono una dietologa nè un'istruttrice di palestra, e quindi quelli che darò sono consigli personali e generici.
Io sono una pigra ed una golosa da sempre, il che abbinato ad una costituzione non da magrissima non è un buon connubio.
Io sono alta 1,69 cm e peso attualmente 56 kg, l'indice di massa corporeo mi definirebbe addirittura sottopeso, ma è evidente che non lo sono, anzi..
Da oggi seguirò quindi una sorta di programma di dieta e di esercizio fisico per smaltire quei 3-4 kg in più e soprattutto per tonificare il corpo.
I principali cambiamenti che farò sono :
- eliminare le schifezze come merendine, snack, troppi dolci, fuoripasto dettati solo dalla golosità e non dalla fame
- fare esercizio fisico quasi tutti i giorni.
Non seguirò quindi una vera e propria dieta, a pranzo continuerò a mangiare la pasta, seppur di meno, e a cena carne e verdure. L'impegno maggiore nel mio caso sarà limitare i mille spuntini che faccio durante la giornata e sostituirli con tanta frutta!!!
Per quanto riguarda l'esercizio fisico mi impegnerò a fare almeno mezzo'ora di attività fisica al giorno. Alternerò un giorno di cylcette (che ho la fortuna di avere a casa), con un giorno di esercizi per tutto il corpo.
La cyclette fatta a basso carico e abbastanza sostenuta, così da fare una sorta di allenamento cardio, si può fare in qualsiasi momento della giornata: la mattina appena alzate, dopo un pranzo leggero mentre guardate un po' di tv, o la sera dopo cena.
Per gli esercizi io mi affido ad una Youtubers carinissima che mi mette tanta carica (e dato che parla in inglese magari aiuta anche a imparare qualche parola nuova). Lei pubblica ogni mese un calendario con esercizi da fare ogni giorno. Io un giorno si e uno no cerco di fare i suoi esercizi per mezz'ora, invece dell'ora prevista da lei. Che ne dite di iniziare questa sorta di dieta assieme??? Sarebbe carino scambiarsi consigli e io aggiornerò con un nuovo articolo ogni settimana con traguardi e attività svolte!

La mia routine di bellezza: un pomeriggio di relax!
Oggi vi racconto come passo il mio pomeriggio di relax.
Di solito mi prendo un pomeriggio di relax almeno una volta a settimana, in cui mi prendo cura del mio corpo dalla testa ai piedi.
Ho iniziato levandomi lo smalto e limando e tagliando le unghie. Ho applicato poi il mio amato olio di ricino sia sui capelli, inumidendoli come impacco pre-shampoo, sia sulle unghie massaggiandolo e lasciando in posa 10 minuti.
Una volta lavate le mani e tolto tutto l'olio dalle unghie ho lavato il viso con questo detergente di cui vi ho già parlato QUI. Ho applicato poi solo sulla zona T la Mint Julep Masque (trovate la recensione qui), ultimamente la sto applicando spesso, quasi due volte a settimana, perché ho la pelle un po' più problematica del solito, e questa maschera mi sta aiutando molto.
Una volta rimossa questa maschera con una spugnetta per fare anche un delicatissimo scrub, ho applicato invece una crema idratante che sto provando e che mi è stata inviata da un'impresa sociale cosmetica : Lamiapelle. Ho applicato anche il contorno occhi in abbondanza per fare un lungo massaggio drenante alle mie borse ed occhiaie da studio.
Infine una bella doccia per lavare l'impacco dai capelli , ovviamente con shampoo e balsamo Bh Herb Club (di cui vi parlo qui ) e una spruzzata su tutto il corpo dell'acqua idratante alla mora e muschio della Planter's. Sulle zone critiche come cosce e glutei una crema anticellulite e antismagliature della Starline.
Dato che stasera devo uscire ho messo in piega i capelli cosa che non facevo da molto molto tempo, in quanto per non stressarli e rovinarli li asciugo sempre molto naturali.
Ho finito poi il mio pomeriggio di relax applicandomi lo smalto, per oggi ho scelto questo rosso acceso di Kiko, il numero 238. Come base e top uso da parecchio tempo i Revlon Colorstay e mi trovo davvero benissimo.

Critical areas such as thighs and buttocks a cellulite cream and stretch mark of Starline.
Given that tonight I'm going out I blow dry the hair thing that I was not a very long time, as for not stressing them and ruin them wiped them always very natural.
I ended then my afternoon relaxing by industrious application enamel, for today I chose this bright red Kiko, the number 238. How to use base and top for a long time the Revlon Colorstay and I'm really fine.

Review shampoo e balsamo Bh Herb Club
Oggi vi parlo della mia prima collaborazione. La casa cosmetica Bh Herb Club mi ha inviato due dei loro prodotti da provare, ovvero lo shampoo e il balsamo.
Ma prima di arrivare alla mia esperienza con questi due prodotti vorrei spendere qualche parole per questa casa cosmetica.
I prodotti Bh Herb Club sono interamente realizzati con ingredienti naturali. Gli INCI dei prodotti sono veramente perfetti e contengono molti estratti naturali per la bellezza e la salute dei nostri capelli e del nostro corpo.
Lo shampoo e il balsamo che ho avuto modo di provare sono adatti a tutti i tipi di capelli, soprattutto quelli danneggiati e che hanno bisogno di cure. I principali estratti che sono presenti in questi due prodotti sono:
- erbe di Wakan, che hanno la capacità di ringiovanire i capelli e favorirne la crescita
- olio di cocco, che è un toccasana per i capelli e contribuisce a lucidarli
- olio di oliva, che nutre i capelli in profondità
Il risultato dopo aver utilizzato assieme lo shampoo e il balsamo sui miei capelli è stato davvero strabiliante. Io ho la cute tendenzialmente grassa e le punte secche e rovinate a causa di una decolorazione.
I capelli già dopo il primo lavaggio erano sani, lucidi e nutriti dall'attaccatura fino alle punte. Morbidi, setosi e profumati come non mai. Va anche detto che i miei capelli erano quasi del tutto abituati a prodotti totalmente naturali e che quindi hanno potuto ricevere al meglio tutti gli ingredienti naturali di questi prodotti.
Una nota a parte va fatta per la profumazione di questi due prodotti: Sandalo e fiore di Loro. Una profumazione che se annusata dal flacone potrebbe risultare un po' troppo forte, ma che sui capelli è davvero gradevole e persistente, a me è durata addirittura fino al lavaggio successivo.
I prodotti hanno inoltre un packaging veramente solido e pratico. Lo shampoo ha una chiusura a "click" che sigilla bene il prodotto una volta che si è finito di usarlo, mentre il balsamo ha un comodissimo dispender in modo da evitare sprechi di prodotto.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me è davvero buono per il valido prodotto che la Bh Herb Club offre.

- coconut oil, which is good for the hair and contributes to polish
- olive oil, that nourishes the hair in depth
with the result after using the shampoo and conditioner on my hair was really amazing. I have oily skin tends to dry ends and damaged due to discoloration.

It must be said that my hair was almost completely used to totally natural products and therefore have been able to receive the best all natural ingredients of these products.

La mia "collezione" di trucchi
Oggi volevo mostrarvi la mia modestissima collezione di trucchi, ma in realtà più che la modesta collezione di trucchi volevo farvi vedere come ho sistemato i trucchi che possiedo in un mobiletto carinissimo che mi sono auto-regalata per il mio compleanno. Tutto ciò prima che il disordine si rimpossessi di me.
Il mobiletto è stile Paris e Shabby Chic che mi piace da impazzire ed abbinata ho comprato una tazza con decorazioni floreali e al centro un macaron, per riporre tutti i miei pennelli.

Il mobiletto è stile Paris e Shabby Chic che mi piace da impazzire ed abbinata ho comprato una tazza con decorazioni floreali e al centro un macaron, per riporre tutti i miei pennelli.

Review prodotti Essence!!!
Ieri per il mio compleanno dopo l'immancabile (sì, ho avuto la sfiga di avere questo evento proprio il giorno del mio compleanno) derby Roma-Lazio, di cui preferirei non commentare l'andamento e il risultato, mi sono concessa un po' di sano shopping!!!
Sono andata allo stand Essence sperando di trovare la nuova collezione, ma nulla da fare. C'erano ancora le collezioni estive e nemmeno in sconto. Comunque non mi sono fatta scoraggiare ed ho comprato qualcosina.
Tutti i prezzi si aggirano intorno ai 2-3€ dato che stiamo parlando di una marca di qualità media ma sicuramente low cost.
Ecco al foto delle cose che ho comprato.
Manca in fine la foto del pennello che è il classico pennello a "C" per l'applicazione dell'ombretto. Ne avevo solo uno e me ne serviva un altro per dargli il cambio. Ho anche altri due pennelli della Essence (quello per le polveri per il viso e quello da sfumatura per l'ombretto) e devo dire che hanno davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, li ho lavati più volte e non hanno perso peli, morbidezza o colore.
E voi che ne pensate della Essence? Vi piace come marca?
Inoltre ho una domandina, come prossimo articolo vi interesserebbe vedere i regali che ho ricevuto per il compleanno?

This is the eyeliner pen Superfine. I must say that I bought it more for the tip really fine and practical for the color and yield. This is the Stay with me, is the first long-lasting gloss that I feel and I must say that I was very skeptical. The color is really beautiful and there was plenty of choice. This is a beautiful fuchsia cold a little 'off in my opinion very suitable for this new fall season. The product is fairly sticky, but I believe we need to make it last at least a little '. I lasted about two hours without food or drink.
This is a collection of nail polish that I had never seen before but which, unfortunately, can not remember the name. The base is transparent and has a lot of glitter rather large and of different colors ranging from gold to green to pink. I purchased it with the idea of putting it on the top as the final nail enamel on some a bit 'too neutral.
This is a product that I was disappointed. I state that the stand was not the tester so I could not immediately prove the consistency and the effect even on the back of his hand. I took the darker color (number 2) expecting a pretty intense lip color. Instead, the effect is exactly what you see on the back of my hand. Questo è l'eyeliner a pennarello Superfine. Devo dire che l'ho comprato più per la punta davvero finissima e pratica che per il colore e la resa. Io ho comprato la colorazione nera e una volta applicato il nero non è così intenso come ci si aspetta da un eyeliner, ma io lo uso come base e linea guida per fare linee sottili e soprattutto per fare la codina nella parte finale dell'occhio. Ha anche un altro pregio: è molto resistente.
Questo è lo Stay with me, è il primo gloss a lunga durata che provo e devo dire che ero molto scettica. Il colore è davvero bellissima e c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta. Questo è un bel fuxia freddo un po' spento secondo me molto adatto a questa nuova stagione autunnale. Il prodotto è abbastanza appiccicoso, ma credo sia necessario per farlo durare almeno un po'. A me è durato circa due ore senza mangiare ne bere.
Questo è lo smalto di una collezione che non avevo mai visto prima ma di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. La base è trasparente ed ha tanti glitter piuttosto grandi e di diverse colorazioni che vanno dall'oro, al verde, al rosa. L'ho acquistato con l'idea di metterlo come top sulla parte finale delle unghie su qualche smalto un po' troppo neutro.
Questo è un prodotto che mi ha deluso. Premetto che nello stand non c'era il tester quindi non ho potuto provarne subito la consistenza e l'effetto nemmeno sul dorso della mano. Ho preso la colorazione più scura (numero 2) aspettandomi una bella tinta labbra intensa. Invece l'effetto è esattamente quello che vedete sul dorso della mia mano. Il gel è semitrasparente e molto difficile da applicare con le labbra. Io solo con l'aiuto delle dita sono riuscita a stenderlo in maniera abbastanza omogenea. Fa inoltre difficoltà ad asciugarsi quindi per fare una seconda passata si deve aspettare parecchio. Credo lo utilizzerò come base per rossetti più idratanti e semitrasparenti.
