capelli realmente sani, belli e lucenti.
Ecco le 10 regole da seguire:
1.
2.
Lavare i capelli il meno possibile. Dobbiamo provare
4.
5.
Ovviamente no a piastre, ferri e brushing
aggressivi.
e fastidiose doppie punte sui nostri capelli.
6.
No ai siliconi!
informarvi sull’argomento in forum come Capellidifata o Sai cosa ti spalmi.
7.
Today we talk about hair, and then I leave you a guide to get hair really healthy, beautiful and shiny.
Here are 10 rules to follow:
1. Making wraps pre-shampoo at least once a week with oil or vegetable butters, such as almond oil known for its nourishing properties, coconut oil that has a scent sublime and very shiny hair, the oil castor oil, which makes them stronger, or shea butter, very nutritious. The wraps are said to be better to have them in damp hair as this way the hair well hydrated will also be fed, but I do with the time I realized that each hair has all your needs, then try and decide which pack is right for you.
2. Wash your hair as little as possible. We must try to resist one more day to wash, to wash leghiamoli or maybe only the front and to use the hair dryer to revive the hair.
3. prefer the natural look! Or use the hair dryer as little as possible and when we have to use force to protect the hair with a natural moisturizer (Phyto9 for example) and we never use the hair dryer at maximum temperature, average temperature better, and never attached to the hair, 15 cm is the proper distance.
4. Do not comb your hair when wet. It is known from wet hair are weaker and fragile and might break them. When it is impossible to dry without combing even just a little 'do it with a wide tooth comb in wood and gently to limit the damage.
5. Obviously not in plates, curling irons and aggressive brushing. Needless to say they are the first agents that are unsightly and annoying tick off the split ends on our hair.
6. No silicone! Start using products more "natural" (ecobio if possible) and take out the silicones that, as praised by famous hairdressers and hair stylist, choke and damage your hair, making them look more beautiful only on the surface. To start with you can try some of the Garnier shampoo line Ultradolce and you can begin to inform you on the subject in forums such as Capellidifata or know what you smear.
7. Use a nourishing mask (always without silicones) twice a week and if you want to get the best result here is a tip: pat your hair, apply the mask and pass the hot hair dryer for 30 seconds. The heat will help all assets to penetrate into the hair for good.
8. use the COW alternately washing with normal shampoo, because it is more delicate washing and because the scalp scrub made from sugar added to balm (preferably Splend'or Coconut) helps the circulation of the scalp.
9. Tie your hair before going to sleep with a high ponytail and soft to avoid knots in the morning and not put stress on your hair, or if you want a blur you can try with a soft braid.
10. Taking small steps such as: do not use straps for hair metal parts as tear their hair, do not touch your hair too much, do not hold them for too long or too tight.
