Oggi vi voglio parlare di un argomento un po' diverso dal solito, sicuramente più intimo.
Parliamo di coppette mestruali, sono l'ultima frontiera per quanto riguarda le mestruazioni. Si tratta di coppette in silicone o in composti anallergici da inserire nei giorni di ciclo al posto dei tamponi interni. Queste al contrario dei tamponi interni, se utilizzate nel modo corretto, non provocano nessuna infezione. Inoltre sono molto più igieniche ed eco-sostenibili dei classici assorbenti usa e getta.

Io: Purtroppo con la Organicup (la mia è taglia A) non mi sono trovata bene. Credo purtroppo ciò sia imputabile al fatto che la coppetta non è la più indicata per la mia conformazione fisica.Mariella: Con la Ruby Cup mi trovo molto bene perché riesco a tenerla su 12 ore e si apre con estrema facilità.
A chi la consiglieresti?
